(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires online consultation, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Construction enterprises engaged in urban landscaping projects should hold valid business licenses; (3) The project leader of the landscaping construction enterprise must have an electronic information card for the project leader of Shanghai landscaping engineering practitioners, and hold an intermediate or higher professional title in landscaping; (4) The company"s assets are in good condition and it has the necessary equipment to fulfill the contract; Pay taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system.
